The material on this site is general commentary drawn from practice. It is not legal, regulatory, accounting, or audit advice, and it does not create an advisory relationship. An engagement exists only under a signed agreement with Lionhawk Change Advisory LLC.

Accuracy

Regulatory expectations change. Content is published in good faith and may become out of date; nothing here should be relied on as a current statement of any supervisor's position. Figures cited describe delivered work in anonymised form and are not a prediction of results in another organization.

Intellectual property

The Lionhawk name, the lion and hawk mark, the site's text, and its frameworks are the property of Lionhawk Change Advisory LLC. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Reproducing the material as your own, or using the marks, requires written permission.

Confidentiality of enquiries

Please do not send confidential, privileged, or supervisory material through the contact form. Once an engagement is in place we will agree an appropriate channel for it.
