Complex change. Clear direction. Disciplined execution.
About the practice

A small practice, deliberately.

The premise

The person who diagnoses the problem should be the person who fixes it.

Large firms solve for scale. That is a reasonable business, but it means the partner who understood your situation is rarely the person in the room six weeks later. In regulated change, where the details are the work, that handoff is where credibility is lost.

Lionhawk is built the other way. Engagements are led personally, scoped to what we can actually own, and declined when they are not a fit. We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than discover it in month three.

Every engagement is designed to leave capability behind — a governance model your team can run, artefacts they understand, and a handover that started in week one rather than in the final invoice.

How we work

Senior-led, no pyramid

The principal is in the working sessions, writing the material and sitting in front of your committee. There is no junior layer learning on your program.

Evidence first

Every commitment is designed backwards from what would satisfy a reviewer. If an assertion cannot be opened and inspected, it is not finished.

Plain reporting

Status that states the position, the decision required, and by when. No colour-coding used to soften a message that needs to land.

Capability handed over

We are not trying to become permanent. The measure of the work is whether your governance still holds twelve months after we have gone.

Founder & Principal
Lionhawk Change Advisory LLC

Fifteen years leading regulatory change, enterprise PMO, and program recovery inside banking and insurance organizations — from the inside, accountable for the outcome.

The work has ranged from standing up the governance model across eight bank subsidiaries under a single examination cycle, to taking over stalled remediation programs where the committed date had already been missed once. In each case the pattern was the same: the strategy was defensible, but ownership, sequencing, and evidence were not.

Lionhawk was founded to do that work without the distance that a large firm structure creates — directly with the executives who carry the accountability, in language their regulators and their boards both recognise.

"You do not get credit for the plan. You get credit for the evidence that the plan happened."

Standards we hold ourselves to

Confidentiality

Client names are never published. Outcomes are described only in anonymised form, and only with permission.

Independence

No software resale, no referral fees, no incentive to recommend a tool. The advice is the product.

Defensible claims

Every figure on this site comes from delivered work and can be substantiated in conversation.

Scope discipline

Fixed scope where scope can be fixed. If we cannot describe the deliverable, we will not quote for it.

No fee, no proposal deck. You describe the commitment; we tell you what we would look at first.
