Lionhawk Change Advisory LLC ("Lionhawk", "we") respects the confidentiality expectations of the organizations we work with. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how it is handled.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, work email address, organization, role, the nature of your enquiry, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build marketing profiles.
How it is used
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to conduct it. Submissions are received by the principal and are not passed to third parties, added to mailing lists, or used to contact you about anything you did not ask about.
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed for the correspondence or the engagement, then deleted. The site is served over HTTPS. Where an engagement involves confidential or regulated material, handling is governed by the engagement agreement rather than this policy.
Your choices
Write to contact@lionhawk.us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action the request and confirm in writing.
