Privacy Policy
Last updated: on publication.
We collect only what you give us through forms and basic website analytics. We use it to respond to you and improve the site. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it except with the service providers who run our website tools, and you can ask us at any time to show you or delete what we hold. Questions: use the Contact page.
1. Who we are
Lionhawk Change Advisory LLC (“Lionhawk,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover client engagement data, which is governed by the confidentiality terms of each engagement agreement.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, work email, organization, role, phone number, and message contents submitted through our contact, scheduling, download, and subscription forms.
- Information collected automatically: standard website analytics — pages visited, referring source, browser and device type, and approximate (city-level) location derived from IP address. We do not use analytics to build individual profiles.
- Cookies: essential cookies required for site function and analytics cookies as described above. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and scheduling requests.
- To deliver documents you request, such as a capability statement or a white paper.
- To send the Insights newsletter to subscribers, with a working unsubscribe link in every email.
- To understand aggregate website usage and improve content.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site — hosting, form processing, scheduling, email delivery, and analytics. Each receives only the data required to perform its function and is bound by its own contractual data protection obligations. A current list of providers is available on request.
5. Retention
Form submissions and correspondence are retained while relevant to an active or prospective business relationship, then deleted on a periodic review cycle. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
6. Your choices and rights
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion, by contacting us through the Contact page.
- You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any issue.
- Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law; we honor verified requests consistent with those laws.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS; form data is transmitted encrypted and stored with access limited to the firm’s principal. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, and we encourage you not to submit sensitive or confidential business details through website forms — an NDA and secure channel are available for that.
8. Children
This site is a business-to-business service directed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: submit through the Contact page, or write to Lionhawk Change Advisory LLC at its registered address (available on request).
This document is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice.
